Human Resources
Leadership Style
Our leadership style is to continuously envision the final product, resolve conflicts quickly, team engagement and involvement as well as a high degree of communication. These characteristics combined are the ideal combination for a partnership to lead and direct a group of affiliates efficiently.
Our main strength is our determination to see projects through until completion, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. We will always be compromising or finding creative solutions to any problems that might occur.
Our main weakness is our style difference. While we do both agree on most trends or decorating styles, we do differ quite vastly on our main likes and dislikes. Although this could create problems, it should be seen as an opportunity of diversity.
Virtual Organization
A virtual organization would highly benefit Clarksburg Interiors. Clarksburg Interiors currently utilizes state of the art technology to virtually create and transform living spaces. By creating a virtual organization, customers would be able to see what their space will look like before and after the project, prior to all construction (if needed). Should the customers not agree with the layout, alterations can be made without additional costs. A virtual organization would be ideal for the customer viewing.
Potential Issues
· Problems with Affiliations (conflict resolution): It is vital that Clarksburg Interiors set out clear performance expectation as to what to expect from our affiliations. Should work not be completed to expectations, Clarksburg Interiors must take the appropriate steps to resolve the issues.
· Strategic Recruitment of Customers: Clarksburg Interiors is open and willing to design for any type of customer. However, Clarksburg Interiors has an ideal customer for which they have specifically designed for. Locating this customer will provide them with better income, profit, as well as easier communication between both parties. Clarksburg Interiors should offer incentives to compete for these customers, should they face a competitive market.
· Training: Since there are two owners of the company, training must be conducted so that operations are not interrupted. Ongoing training is crucial to a business with always changing trends. Training sessions and seminars should factor into the company calendar and budget, coordinating with third parties involved when necessary.
